Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Service Overview
AutoTier (the “Service”) is an online tool that lets users create, edit, save, and publish tier lists. It provides AI auto-generation, license-safe image auto-assignment from sources such as Wikimedia, PNG image / WebM video export, and MCP integration. The Service offers content creation and sharing functionality and does not warrant, endorse, or take responsibility for the content posted by users.
The Service is operated by the AutoTier Operations Team (the “Operator”). Please direct inquiries about these terms to the Contact page on the Service.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
- The Service is available only to users 13 years of age or older. Persons under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
- Minors (under 18) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service. Use of the Service constitutes a representation that such consent has been obtained.
- If the operator determines that a user is under 13 or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the account may be removed without prior notice.
3. Accounts

- Display name and profile image are obtained from the SSO provider.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and not letting third parties use it.

5. User Content
- Copyright of content posted by users remains with the user.
- By marking content as public, the user grants the Service permission to use the content as needed for promotional and informational purposes related to the Service.
- The operator may remove or unpublish content judged to violate Article 4 without prior notice.
- Even when content is generated using AI features, once a user reviews, edits, and saves or publishes that content, the user is responsible for it as the poster.
6. Notice of Rights Infringement
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your or a rights holder you represent (copyright, likeness, privacy, trademark, or other rights), please contact us via the Contact page. We accept notices from third parties regardless of whether they have an account on the Service.
A notice should include:
- Your name, contact information (reply email), and your status as the rights holder or an authorised representative.
- The type of right alleged to have been infringed and information demonstrating your ownership of it.
- The URL or identifier of the content in question and the specific portion alleged to infringe your right.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you accept responsibility for false claims.
The operator will evaluate the notice in line with the Japanese Provider Liability Limitation Act, including, where appropriate, contacting the poster for response, before deciding whether to remove or restrict the content.
7. Disclaimer
- The operator does not warrant the accuracy, legality, or usefulness of user-posted content.
- Outputs generated by AI features may contain errors; the operator does not warrant their accuracy or legality.
- The operator does not get involved in or take responsibility for disputes between users or with third parties.
- The operator is not liable for damages caused by service outages, maintenance, natural disasters, or communications failures.
- Liability for rights infringement arising from posted content lies with the user who posted it.
8. Service Changes
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice and is not liable for damages arising from such changes.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated without notice. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall be the exclusive court of agreement for any dispute related to the Service.
